Hi, this is a relaxed social group that meets on Monday evenings with a cup of tea or a drink for people to get a chance to practice different foreign languages they are learning or have learnt, so remember, the more languages (and people) the merrier! We usually get a good mix of Spanish, French, German, Brazilian, Italian, Irish with sometimes smatterings of Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Polish, Croatian people etc..... The group has always been nice and lively, so if you want to improve your English or practice other languages, you are most welcome. We also talk and learn about other people's countries and cultures. Every country and language is welcome!! :) NOTICE April 2023: The policy for our group is self-service at the bar for your drinks; having table service for a group as big as ours is not really feasible or fair on the organisers. Learn how to salsa every Monday with the Salsa Medics at the Salthill/ knocknacarra GAA Club. We run improvers classes every Monday from 7pm to 8.30pm (15e) and beginners from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. You will find the classes easy, fun and a great way to wrap up your weekend. Get out of the house and come and meet new people.
