About Scenr
Scenr is a discovery app for things to do in Ireland — gigs, comedy, food, arts, sport, nightlife and meetups — surfaced from the event sources people already use.
Why it exists
Finding out what is actually on near you tonight usually means tab-hopping between Resident Advisor, Ticketmaster, Humanitix, Meetup and half a dozen venue Instagrams. Scenr pulls the public listings into one place, organises them by where you are and when, and gets out of the way.
Where the data comes from
- Resident Advisor, Ticketmaster, Humanitix, SeatGeek and Songkick — ticketed events
- Meetup — community and interest groups
- Flypost — independent listings
- OpenStreetMap — location search, points of interest, opening hours
- CARTO — map tiles
Scenr doesn’t host any events or handle ticketing — all links go back to the source.
Missing an event?
If you run a venue or promoter and your events aren’t showing up, drop us a note at hello@scenr.ie. If you publish to any of the sources above they should appear automatically within the next fetch cycle.
Privacy-first
Location stays on your device — we don’t track where you are. Saved events and venue favourites live in your browser’s local storage. No accounts, no ads, no profile. Read the privacy notes.
