Summer Solstice 5Rhythms® Dance with Live Drumming Join us as we celebrate the Summer Solstice through movement, music, rhythm, and community. As we gather on the longest day of the year, we’ll honour the fullness of life, the warmth of the season, and the light that lives within each of us. Guided by the 5Rhythms® wave and supported by the powerful energy of a live drummer, we’ll dance our way into greater presence, expression, connection, and freedom. Together we’ll create a vibrant space to move, release, celebrate, and welcome the abundance of summer. No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are and let the rhythm move you. . No experience necessary.
