The Art of Reading with Tania Ganho We are delighted to welcome Tania Ganho, acclaimed Portuguese novelist and literary translator, currently Translator in Residence at UCC in Cork. She is the author of several novels, including Apneia, a critically recognised work shortlisted for major literary prizes, and noted for its exploration of complex human and social themes. As a translator, she has brought into Portuguese the works of some of the most influential voices in world literature, including Toni Morrison, Maya Angelou, and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. This event is organised by UCC and will take place at Cork Public Library, where she will deliver a conference on The Art of Reading. Pop Science Cafe is sharing the event on its Meetup platform, making it accessible to a wider audience in Cork.
