Camping weekend in Wild Nephin national park (Co. Mayo). I've been wanting to do this one for ages but never got around to it! Proper wild camping. No shops, no pubs, no toilets, bring all your own provisions for the entire weekend. Make sure you don't get too cold/wet. You'll have to carry your own gear from car to camp site but the distance is not obscene. There are some bothy's/shelters available but no guarantee we will get to use them. Lots of trails available for nice stroll on the Saturday/Sunday if it's not raining too hard. More details:
