Just entered this race. I have usually done the half in the past but have done absolutely no running in a long time so thought this would be a good goal to start off with 10km 😀 13 weeks from start of Feb to it so if anyone wants to join me please do - keep myself accountable especially when not running with a running group 😀 I’d say I will be walking / very slow jogging the route - loads walk it and a nice route with atmosphere. I would set up a separate event for later on to celebrate but little to no hotels available in Lmk Sat or Sun ( I don’t live in Limerick). I will keep an eye out and if anyone interested to stay in Lmk let me know.
