This weekly group coaching call will be held through zoom. It will be based around a topic of manifestation or mindset. Once you are joined the membership, you will receive access to the private facebook group and all resources included. You will then receive weekly emails and the videos every Tuesday morning. Agenda for zoom coaching calls: Become Present Moment Gratitude for five minutes Check in with everyone Discussion around topic (video sent the Tuesday prior) Open discussion Finish off with short meditation The cost is €40 monthly and this includes a meditation class every Sunday evening at 8pm through zoom.
